Lighting from the glass roof was a little too bright and didn't present too well in color, so I decided to desaturate it and leave the Christmas tree as original. What do you think?

Nice job of desaturation. It really makes the tree jump out of the shot.

The tree does stand out, and so do the blue ornaments. Nice picture.

Great idea with the selective coloring. Maybe even consider saturating the tree. In PS, you can adjust the saturation of specific channels such as blue and green.
