At 553.3 meters (1,815 ft. 5 in.) tall, CN Tower is the world's tallest freestanding structure on land. It is located in the city of Toronto and is considered the signature icon of the city; more than two million international visitors are attracted annually to the tower. Guinness World Records has listed the CN Tower as the world's tallest "building" for 31 years. [Wikipedia]
The view is just magnificent! Also, don't forget to try the "breath taking" view from the tower's Glass Floor.

@Untitled: "It's just like looking down from any other tall building. I don't have acrophobia. Easy, I can do it." That's exactly what I thought at first. But no, it really took my breath away. I finally gave it a try ... well, with my hands held by someone else, closed my eyes, and just stood straight w/o looking down. Hah, nice try right? :)
Nice capture, Lyndsey! It really is iconic and ubiquitous: I can barely take photo in this city without having this guy jump into the frame shouting, "Hey don't forget me!" Every time I feel like going up, I remember how expensive it is. I have been up many years ago though. Quite the view indeed. There's a nice shot of the view here.

@Damon Schreiber: Wow, the photos of the views from the CN tower are amazing especially how they're each "stitched" from 3 different images. Yeah, I thought the ticket to go up there was quite expensive too but didn't care since I was just a tourist and who knows when I will have another opportunity to come back :) Thanks for sharing and as always thanks for your comments!
great capture, B&W works well!
