I'm not sure of the name of this type of butterfly, but the colors and patterns on its wings remind me of those of a tiger.

@seventhray: Thanks, seventhray! I was really lucky to be able to capture these beautiful butterflies when they were fully spreading their wings.
Beautiful shot. I'm no lepidopterist, but I'd say this is either a Giant or a Thoas Swallowtail.

@Damon Schreiber: Wow, Giant and Thoas Swallowtail are so much the same ... I couldn't really tell the difference. Just by comparing the pictures of each butterfly, I think the one in my photo is Thoas Swallowtail. Appreciate the information, Damon! :)
